How Do I Place an Order?
- Placing an order is as easy as A, B, C.
- Simply go to our website www.marginseye.com add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.
- Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".
- Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for your selected items .
- We will ship your package within 7 to 30 business days depending on your location.
Note: You need to create an account to place an order. Simply create one by entering your email address and a password of your choice.

Which Payment Methods Can I use to Pay?
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
- Marginseye accepts secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
- We also accept offline payments via mobile payments in supported countries.
Note that additional exchange fees may apply depending on the mode of payment chosen.
How to make payment:
On the payment section, choose Paypal Express Checkout
1. Log in your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2. Enter your Card Details; the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, please check it is correct, then click Submit.
3. Your Payment will be processed, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your delivery address. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address if it is different from the payment address.
If you make your payment Via PayPal express checkout and do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us before opening a dispute for a refund with PayPal. Shipping delays are unavoidable sometimes and it could take more than the 5 days given.
2. Credit Card/ Debit card/ Bank Payment
Marginseye Accepts all types of visa cards and Mastercards.

2. Select your preferred payment from the options given
3. Enter your shipping address or use your billing address.
4. Choose Credit or Debit Card payment.
4. Enter your Card Details.
5. Click 'Pay, ' and your payment will be processed. Any updates to the order will be sent to your email inbox.
Note: PesaPal is a secure and trustworthy payment provider that does not store or share any of your payment information. The safety of your information is therefore a guarantee and should not be a concern.
3. Mobile Payments
Mobile Payments are only Acceptable(Through M-pesa and Airtel Money) in Countries that support this types of payment.

How to make mobile payments
-On the checkout page(payment section) select Pesapal.
-From the provided payment options, choose your preferred mobile payment method and follow the provided instructions.
Note: Transaction charges may vary for mobile payments depending on your country's tax rates and mobile payment policies or tariffs.
How long does it take for products to ship?
- Marginseye ships both locally and worldwide.
- Most items will shipped out within 7-48 days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included).You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Order shipping and delivery may take longer than the stated timelines.
- The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be determined by variant factors such as cost and weight of ordered Item among others.
Do Marginseye Accept returns and refunds?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or has faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund minus the payment charges applied during checkout.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please visit our return page and enter your order details(usually sent via email) or send us a direct email to email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
